Background

"I have lived in the village of Penparcau all my life and made so many friends over the years. I have always thought that one day I would put myself forward to represent Penparcau as a County Councillor and now I believe the time is right. 

I believe we have a village to be proud of and I would find it an honour to represent you as a Councillor for Penparcau. People who know me will know I will always put Penparcau first."

Carl's priorities

"I believe the main road leading to Aberystwyth is a danger to everyone and over the years I have seen people and pets knocked over and feel something must be done to slow this road down.

I have spoken to the Headmaster of Ysgol Llwyn Yr Eos School and we both agree that the school is a big part of our community and if elected I will work closely with the school and give them the support they need.

I have talked to people who run different projects in Penparcau and we all agree that we should try and provide more activities for young and old with in our community."
